There was a navy pilot named admiral byrd , and in the year 1946-1947 he was on a operation called “Operation highway” where he had to fly over antarctica multiple times.
In his diary the unofficial part named Lost diary which was fabricated in had no mentions of any civilisation , in the news he had mentioned a land of nature full of wildlife being bigger then USA , moreover his radio picked up a signal and a message from a german or a slight nordic accent saying that he shouldnt worry and that hes safe and other comforting stuff

In the 90s his family released in the university of Ohio

In the 1961s exploring antarctica was illegal and it was now heavily guarded 14 years after Admiral found it and 4 years after he died in his sleep due to a heart ailment


It seems like the interview is fake i watched partly of it and he was speaking about minerals when the whole reason was about ufos
