Nowadays you are programmed to bottle up your emotions as a man and that you are not allowed to cry and that it is 'pussy and low test behaviour', and this is complete bullshit.
A true, high testosterone man doesn't care what people think, doesn't care if hes seen as a pussy, and connects and releases his emotions and in that case whatever feeling he is feeling, wether it be sadness, anger, hate, whatever, he will express what he is feeling without feeling pressured by the complete brainwashing by modern society.
This is especially true in relationships, in a true happy relationship where both of the mates are biochemically healthy, the man will express his emotions in front of her and she will comfort him and not see him in any other way, now if you do it the woman will most likely just leave you because 1. it probably wasn't actual love and she was just trying to connect with someone who was as sad and depressed as her (because nowadays every human is biochemically unhealthy sad and depressed) and 2. because she is most likely incredibly brainwashed by society to believe if a man cries he is weak.
If a man cries in front of people he is strong and not weak, it is as simple as that and only people who are unbrainwashed can see where I am coming from.
Do you think a human in nature would 'bottle up' his emotions? NO! it is pure programming...
