Back before I had depression when I had a good mental I could even get dates with girls in sweden (even though sweden is very difficult)
Now after depression I haven't even approached a woman in 1 year. (Because depression for 1 year). Used zero dating apps in 1 year either. I haven't even tried since 1 year now. My mental is too depressive to even try.
If your mental n depression is really bad you won't even speak to a woman (neither online or irl)
