Anytime some so happens that breaks my delusions or say general naviety, or any loss or regret, i just snap back ny memory towards the time when i was 17 years old bald ,5'7 and extremely recessed,i think about it and then i feel how my life would have been if i still remained that way and instantly everythung feels better and alive again , i also think how fast life is slipping away from ny hands i cant give time to bullshit regret and high inhibness and it actually helps the most for me to get back on track
