Basically just hit your protein macros somehow and burn off all the excess calories you ate on the treadmill

So for example
If you ate1200 calories worth of McDonald’s just do 1200 calories worth of treadmill incline to maintain muscle as well as burn the calories

Useful for parties…if you drink a shit ton of alc do a ton of cardio the next day to make up for it
