So apparently its gonna be 40 degrees Celsius tomorrow in the UK and thousands will die from the heat due to failing infrastructure and lack of AC in 2026.....

However how does the number 40 degrees cause alarm? Using the US scale, it actually puts fear into your heart, when you say its gonna be 100 degrees tomorrow.....NOW I'm concerned, but not really because we have central AC in the first world.

Very well.....maybe changing the scale would cause the second world (EUROPE) to upgrade their ac infrastructure.

The US had central AC since the 1970s, and Celsius-land is still limping behind and dying by the thousands.

Perhaps those who use Celsius are dumb AF
