Milo was visibly on drugs, he had his eyes closed during the whole debate, he didn't open them once. In his opening statement, he attacked Destony's wife and said how disgusting it is that Destiny passes her around in the town and how in his Christian nationalist society he would be executed for being so degenerate.
Later, they talked about many stuff, including blacks and religion. Destiny asked what he thinks of blacks being more supportive of Christian nationalism (which wasn't true, he made up a stat about that), and Milo answered that blacks aren't really religious, they just go their "Crystal Methodist Church."
And the most funny part: Destiny says we don't need a new inquisition, we wouldn't even have Gucci and hairdressers. Milo responds:
Milo: "I could live without both if it meant that you would be left on a mountainside somewhere your parents wondering which God they'd pissed off which is exactly what would have happened in a pre-christian civilization to something like you"
Destiny: "I think they would have left the gays up there before people like me"
Milo: "Well I don't think you can tell when it pops out whether it's going to like dick or not. Maybe if it's your kid. I'm sure you'll ensure that's the case"
Destiny: "I mean you'd know all about kids liking dicks"
Milo: "WOULD I? WOULD I? WOULD I? Tell us more about that. Would I? Because that's a pretty big allegation. Would I?"
Destiny: "Seems like it's what you got canceled for"
Milo: "Oh I see okay well yeah"
