When It comes to gym, there are two extreme sides of the debate that get it wrong.
One of the side is the the one saying that gym is cope. Sure gym cant do any miracle If you are too manlet to be
considered a Man and If you are legit deformed.
But for the vast majority, normies with acceptable height, gym can really Help. A Lean and aestheric body can really Help at least on Tinder, beach etc. Make her know You got six pack and she Will get wet.
The other extreme is those who preach that gym can only be worthy If you build the body shape of those roided reatard with too massive muscle volume that makes the gym like his Second home. It can actually be a turn off for many women for two reasons. First because many simply dont like too much muscle mass and Second because she thinks You are Full of yourself and only think about eating Sweet potatoes and chickes and only talks about gym, exercises, farts all the time etc.
The huge problem for those guys who love bodybuilding culture is the Idea that muscle volume is everything that matters. But one simply doesnt need High muscle volume. You juest need enough to look athletic. What You really need is having good porpotions with decente muscles mass good male body structure, wide shoulders, not so small gay waist, Just enough to give You wide look and Lean enough to show some ABS definitivo.
