You simply cannot look good without facial androgyny. Whether this is achieved through fem eyes, fem hair (curly/ curly wavy and long/blonde) , fem jaw (higher gonial angles/ shorter ramus / slightly higher downgrowth than ideal) . You will observe this in every model/ actor who made it big. Even the so called "maesthetic models" have some level of facial androgyny. Of course without good bones or death tier phenotype this is somewhat irrelevant.

Fem features: Pfl to pfh, high gonail angle, white skin paired w blonde hair, nose upturn and width, lack of forehead slope (frontal eminence coupled with small frontal sinus)
Neutral: eye colour (will get back to this later) , nose to mouth ratio
As you can see Delon has a very pleasant face, elicits the same reaction as seeing a very beautiful young woman.
What about PSL Gods like Gandy, O Pry? Arent they what we think of when we hear "masc mogger" ?
Gandy is much more masc relatively but he has a good amount of facial androgyny as well.
His gonions do not stick out /flared. He has a high gonial angle, his FWHR while high is nowhere near gay aliens like Barrett. Pronounced medial canthus is itself a neotenic trait that is desired in women. Young Gandy would have wiped the floor with every model listed here because his androgyny to dimorphism ratio was perfect. His androgyny coms mainly from his lower third and skull shape (bizygo to bigonion) .
Prime O Pry much like Gandy has a pronounced MC, high gonial angle, neutral eyebrows, big lips,small nose width, tapering jaw and a much less high FWHR than ogres.

Eye color: Eye colour can be either masc or fem, in most cases it is neutral. When Delon was untanned his eye colour did not stand out as much because blue skin and white skin have closer wavelengths (lesser contrast)
When Delon tanned to increase his dimorphism for more mature roles like a Purple Noon and Zorro , his skin colour and eye colour had a lower difference in wavelength (European skin seems to be a combination of blue and red frequency lights mainly as they do not have green undertones this would put his skin wavelength higher than 400 nm) while browner skin would put it to around 550 nm. So while his contrast does increase in his later roles the dimorphism from darker skin seems to outweigh the dimorphism from lessened overall contrast.
If you want increase your facial androgyny, the most surefire way is eyelashes and long hair.
