I stopped going to the gym so much. I stopped believing that I would get friends at my age when I looked better. I started posting more on this forum. I started spending money on copes. Before I thought all I needed was to look better and reach HTN (impossible), add people on IG and start getting a social circle then getting a girlfriend, that's never gonna happen. My potential was only to escape LTN hell and reach MTN purgatory. My results with girls IRL were all mid with no real success. I can't escape this incel life, the blackpill finds you.
