I am autistic so I can't really draw from real life experience here because I don't really read faces unless explicit, but a forward lower maxilla probably helps with expressiveness. I don't think upper maxilla would really do much though, in fact, godly undereye like Barrett or Ramirez might lessen the expressiveness of that area, similar to how low-set supras do.

A lot. Much more than an overbite. As I'm sure you're very well aware, the maxilla is more important than the mandible.

Exactly prettyboy will never have too prominent chin because of how forward maxilla is, someone said the maxilla so everything for women but the maxilla also determines wether a male can be a prettyboy or not.

Only if they're vertically short zygos, which give a chiseled look. Tall zygos look more full/round and thus more youthful.
