The more i do research on jaw surgeons the more i want to go to a shitty third worlder

Most of the popular aesthetics oriented jaw surgeons in Europe or USA are for the most part too conservative with their advancements, overpay like crazy (Especially to foreigners) or they do completly aspie advancements so they can later photoshop and angle fraud the shit out of the before and after so they get more clicks.

These jaw surgeons in the third world have the hunger man, Its like comparing lightweight prelim ufc fights to heavyweight title fights these brazilians for example need to perform really well to not lose their buisness. Also they generally arent 80+ old and narcissists like surgeons from switzerland or Italy.

The only negative from what i can see is safety and hospitality but i dont give a shit about that the recovery is gonna be shit whichever way you put it and the safe risks from DJs are fearmongered an insane amount.

Right now im looking at Dr. Carlos Eduardo Chrzanowsk in Brazil.
