The more users there are of a forum the less I care about each individual user. I can’t keep track of them all and a large portion of the posts are by people who I wont even remember because I don’t see them often enough to remember them.
In contrast with smaller forums there’s more of a community, every user is distinct from the rest and I can remember and care about them more.
