You don't have to stop your thoughts, you have to stop engaging with them.
You don't have to stop your emotions, you just have to stop identifying with them.
You don't have to remove yourself from the game of life to have peace, the point is to find peace in the game of life.

Trying to rewire your mindset is hard, but the ladder is far worse. I have nothing but love for everybody, including myself.
