Yeah they do, i live in poland my entire life and have only seen one person with real natural black hair, was my exes mother, but she had brown eyes IIRC.

Although i think her hair was still slightly dyed and altered to make it look better. Natural 'black' hair on white people can look slightly brown-ish, while ethnics can get that ashy/high contrast black hair. It's not seen in white people.
