It doesent matter if you have goo genes (Ancestors eating well) if your parents malnorish you and feed you a grain based diet you wont develop well at all and if you are a man you will be recessed and microframed. Parents that abuse you physicaly or emotionaly can fuck you up to as that can turn someone into a high inhib abused dog, overall there is no escaping the parentp an enviromentpill

Yes that is true but it's about the phycology, if your parents neglected you you are going to do worse at just about everything in life
