It was motivating to me. It's a progression style video, with lots of different people so it's easier to relate.

The people at the start represented emotionally fucked people.

The skinny fat incels represented the people working on their emotional issues so that they have the willpower to start training and stay consistent.

Then it shows people training, then people training and getting bigger.
