as long as you're like 10+ heavy sets for a muscle group a week you will grow regardless of whether you do it in 1x 2x 3x or 4x.

Take deload week after 1.5 months of training every day
Repeat
 
3 sets of 8 to 10 reps each. Only 2 days a week on each body part so they recover enough. Better gains with 2 days a week on major body parts rather han 3 days a week.

Agree. I personally hit every muscle 3x week (push, pull, repeat),

Legs at the end of every workout (quads on push, hams glutes on pull) because every workout I get an upper body pump, and I hate dedicating an entire workout just to hit legs
