Wolff's law combined with the accrual of scar tissue (which is better than filler because it doesn't move.) Facial bones constantly remodel into adulthood (similar to clavicle but not the same.) Attached is a thread of somebody who has been bonesmashing for a year.
LIPUS post "bonesmash" & topical Vit k2 MK7 is something to think about if you are recessed
it should be noted that the user above hasn't explicitly mentioned the use of AAS or GH. His gains were probably natural.
