after a jealous character gets run over in anger of not being the black swan anymore

Nina visits her in the hospital, I’m pretty sure she brings a letter opener for her.

This women get the blunt ish letter opener and starts brutally stabbing it into her face over and over again

Then on her body

It might not seem that bad but the scene is uncomfortablably long
