For foids, sexual attractiveness is not on an absolute scale. It's always in reference to what males are locally available.
Tinder obviously didn't change mens' baseline attractiveness; it merely highlighted the MOST ATTRACTIVE MEN and made them more accessible to foids everywhere.
At the dawn of Tinder, the supply of men just so happened to be such that your SMV had to be 8 or better to be in sexual demand.
As access increases in the coming years and dating markets become more efficient, the laws of economics ensure that this number will move closer to 9. This is just basic supply and demand. It's Economics 101.
