There's an oral you could try. It's called contrave. I'm not sure if it is available in India or Australia but it is very effective if your problem is cravings like in my case instead of actual hunger. I have this twice every day and the idea of food just disappears

I think it's just shit diet combined with shit fat disposition genes which led to this problem, i have a terrible diet too but luckily enough, my fat distribution is good enough so i don't end u skinny fat.
