Cow blood pancake, with Seaweed and Protein Pancake Mix.
(Spirulina/seaweed is entirely optional, but due to its home growing potential (roughly 1kg per month from a 20 liter barrel for the price of 10-20bucks i will incorporate it into my pancake, due to my future plans)

Per 100grams of pancake the recipe should be divided as such (a.i wrote this, all grams were calculated according to bulk.com products which i bought)

  1. Pancake Protein Mix:
    • Protein: 52g per 100g
    • Carbohydrates: 29g per 100g
    • Fat: 3.1g per 100g
Roughly 20$
  1. Cow’s Blood:
    • Protein: 20g per 100ml
    • Carbohydrates: 0g
    • Fat: ~0g
1Litre for 4 bucks.
  1. Spirulina Powder:
    • Protein: 63g per 100g
    • Carbohydrates: 20g per 100g
    • Fat: 7g per 100g
Roughly 20$ (can be home grown for alot less)

Proposed Mix Proportions:

For a balanced mix, let's use:

  • 50g Pancake Protein Mix
  • 25g Cow’s Blood
  • 25g Spirulina Powder
This pancake mix results in a total protein per 100gram patty

Summary:

  • Protein: 46.75g per 100g
  • Carbohydrates: 19.5g per 100g
  • Fat: 2.05g per 100g
  • Cost: $1.60 per 100g
If we compare the 1.60 price per 100g for 46.75g proteins per 100g.
We get this difference:

750grams total for 18 pounds or 23,59 $
whilst the cost of 1.60 per 100gs results in 16 $ for 450 grams of protein.
