It's not that bad, reddit atheists made it seem like they were being tortured at mass when their parents made them go

Sure it's a bit annoying especially when you're forced to go early in the morning, but one good thing I can say about going to church is that towards the end the priest gives some interesting and solid life advice, connecting it to scripture he read that day in most cases. Christianity is not 100% made up BS, I'd say it gives a good moral outlook in a lot of cases. Jesus himself was, no matter if you believe he is a god or not, nevertheless a very altruistic person.

Christianity has its own problems tho and I dislike many aspects of it but it's not the worst thing that happened as much as some people would like to believe
