Before we get into this: Yes, I know this is fairly common knowledge, but I'm still surprised how little people understand how this works.
As we know, IGF-1 grows bone, obviously. But for what you eat to be processed properly into IGF-1, there is one main determining factor. The thyroid. But, if you want to heal your thyroid, it takes a LOT of time. And, especially in puberty, maxxing out your bonemass is ESSENTIAL ASAP. There is one compound, that determines everything in your thyroid. T3, Triiodothyronine (T3) is the active hormone produced by the thyroid gland, essential for regulating metabolism, heart rate, body temperature, and mood. But, it also determines (as shown in the study earlier) how IGF-1 is made. Its cheap, and you can get 1/2 months worth for like 15 bucks.
