This pose is by far the best and most underrated when it comes to being an aesthetic sick cvnt.

1000010519

(Ignore my paleness, bloat, lighting, and camera quality jfl)

Why?

This pose emphasizes the three biggest contributors to an aesthetic physique: chest, shoulders, and core. It also emphasizes your frame and face as well, but those are emphasized in most other poses as well.

You can cope with the "muh triceps are huge!" or "muh biceps!" arguments all you want, but those aren't what people notice first or subconsciously, especially when it comes to the female gaze.

When you think of these well known aesthetic guys - (David laid, Jeff seid, Jon Skywalker) Their physiques aren't known because of their biceps, triceps, legs, etc. They are well known for their face, frame, chest, shoulders, and core.

Hope this helped some. Bump and rep me goys

So cringeworthy and not even a pose, it's supposed to be with your hands on your hips, not behind your back like you're the victim of a cartel video

Idk how it's cringe but okay. I didn't put my hands on my hips so that my lags wouldn't be flared, Im not trying to do the pose you're thinking of. Also it doesn't make sense to say what I'm doing isn't a pose

It does make sense, as in it's not a traditional pose that anyone does normally, like a double bicep or the pose arnold does.
