Women can literally sense it and how they react you is ridiculous it's almost like women have a 6th sense for testosterone.
Every time I get on cycle there was a definitive change in quality and how horny women get around me and I can like notice females just come onto me.
While humans lack an active vomeronasal organ to induce a subliminal or instinctual response, androstadienone, a metabolite of testosterone present in male saliva and sweat, has been shown to increase cortisol in women, which enhances their mood.
Many examples exist in animals but their role in humans remains uncertain since adults have no functioning vomeronasal organ, which processes pheromone signals in animals. Yet pheromones can be detected by the olfactory system although humans under develop and underrate their smelling sense.

Compared to their response when sniffing a control odor (yeast), the women who sniffed androstadienone reported an improved mood and significantly higher sexual arousal, while their physiological response, including blood pressure, heart rate and breathing, also increased. This was consistent with previous studies.
"We next need to look at other hormones that could explain the diversity of effects of androstadienone on sexual arousal and mood,"
Androstenol – a Steroid Derived Odor Activates the Hypothalamus in Women
Background Whether pheromone signaling exists in humans is still a matter of intense discussion. In the present study we tested if smelling of Androstenol, a steroid produced by the human body and reported to affect human behavior, may elicit cerebral activation. A further issue was to evaluate...

The observed pattern of activation is very similar to the pattern previously detected with 4,16-androstadien-3-one in heterosexual females. It suggests that several compounds released by human body may activate cerebral networks involved in human reproduction.

Preliminary evidence suggests that exposure to androstadienone in women promotes attractiveness ratings of potential mates. In conclusion, some data indicate that 16-androstene pheromones, in particular androstadienone, play a beneficial role in women’s mood, focus and sexual response, and perhaps also in mate selection.
