There's no universally attractive hairstyle, you need to figure that out for your condition, anyone who tells you there is one is LYING, the best I can provide the 2 rules for picking the best ones:
1. Figure out hair density and texture (straight, curly, kinky?)
2. Measure your facial proportions, if one of your facial thirds is bigger than the others, then obviously you must adjust your hairstyle accordingly to bring facial averageness

Once you know what hairstyles you can even consider based on your hair type, and once you understand what are your overall facial dimensions, you can make a correct judgment when it comes to your hairstyle. A buzz cut may look attractive on someone like Brad Pitt, but if my head is shaped like an egg, it's not going to look good.
