No matter how hard I try, and no matter what I do, I'll never truly be better. It sickens me to see how much potential I could've had if my maxilla wasn't fucked recessed into my face and I hate it. I'm at my max, there is nothing I can do except surgery, and I'm impoverished so there's no hope for that. It's like I can almost touch HTN, but I'll never reach it. You can have recessed infras without having a recessed maxilla, it's the most common form of recession

Nasiolabial folds are mostly due to fat distribution and fat accumulating in the malar area due to sagging unless severe maxillary deficiency

But yeah I get ur point
