This is a myth and it's getting a bit stale now. All janitors are short, not only Indians. Even white janitors are only 5'5 or 5'7 on average. It's just a white collar job that is easy to get and doesn't require much intellect. The janitors who are not short, leave to go to college or get a better job while the short ones stay back.
