They are actually saved by media. If the media launched a campaign removing black males from movies, tv, singing etc.

And demonized them daily outlining violence, joblessness, crime. Then they would be the new untouchable class.

E.g. indians are the wealthiest and most educated with low crime rates but guess how the media portrays them and how society perceives them.
