agreed, but there is zero before and afters of fixing NCT, or changing PFL. i am hoping if the NHS gave me a modified lf3 (ive seen papers of them doing it for non syndromic class iii's like myself), then maybe the NCT will not be so bad or resolve completely.
If we're talking about the NHS, they give out surgeries like candy, especially if you're a woman. Say that your deviated septum is giving you nosebleeds a dozen times a day and they'll 100% give it to you, although it'll probably just be a septoplasty and not a full on rhinoplasty.
No the complication rates are massively inflated because they operate almost exclusively on syndromic patients with atypical bone structure and neural and arterial mapping so they're harder to operate on compared to someone with normal craniofacial development. I wouldn't want a full on LF3 as that would leave a huge ass scar across my head, but I've heard of NHS doing modified LF3's for non-syndromic patients, and given the state of my eye area, I'm sure they'll give in to my begging.

none of what i just said will probably happen except the septoplasty and lf1 but who knows maybe if i wear a wig and cut my wrists horizontally ill get a modified lf3
okay, maybe not modified lf3
but genioplasty lf1 and rhinoplasty all been confirmed due to breathing and cosmetic issues (ive had the consult but was too scared to ask about lf3 cus there were like 10+ students in there)
