Thank you, I didn't know about this tool before, and I think it'll be useful, but it is not enough. In my case at least I have to use an ointment and I can use that tool to increase the effectiveness.

There is a site that sells it that suggests how to use it:

You can either a) do nothing and accept your distinctive characteristic. b) laser surgery or have a skin specialist freeze burn it off with a can of stuff that drives something very cold and it falls off.
