I'd say the normal pill is just have a decent upbringing, have friends regardless of what interests you have, be normal inhib, have normal experiences

I guess they're kind of similar but with slight differences.

Exactly the case with me. I was low inhin as a kid, social, fairly NT, able to make friends, normal upbringing up to some point, but then some abnormal and traumatic experiences happened to me and now my brain chemistry is fucked up forever.

I know deep down that my life could have gone in normal direction, I could have slayed or been in normal relationship, I trully feel that I was capable of having a better life, but instead, I ended up as a mentally ill loner.

Same here, the shit that happened to me caused something to switch off in my brain and now I struggle to be sincere or trust others. I can’t relate to normal people, whenever I’m interacting with others it feels like I’m playing a character.

I’m lucky enough to have friends I can be genuine with due to knowing them for years but I struggle completely to connect with new people, it just doesn’t feel possible.

Though I don’t agree with the doomed mentality, I’ve changed for the better and it’s a bad mentality to think you can’t change your brain chemistry when you’re still young when it’s very possible.
You only get a few chances to make meaningful change though, neuroplasticity decreases exponentially with age. So use the opportunity you have now.

Though some things I still didn’t get over JFL, compliments make me physically sick and I can’t stand being touched.

I don’t want my shitty past to define me, I’ll always be non-nt because I just born this way but I don’t want the people that fucked me over to win.

It’s the most cucked thing you can do, letting subhuman retards set your life on a downward spiral and not doing anything about it.

Don’t give up on yourself, life isn’t easy but if you really work towards it your situation will surely improve.
