The number of times I have to tell my manager to change my shifts from "pending approval" to "approved"

Apparently I'm the only one it happens to, and he needs to email someone to change it

Asked him to change two today, and now my shift today also shows as "pending approval". We get paid on the 7th of each month. I'm assuming I won't get paid for it unless they fix it tomorrow. If they don't, idk how it will transfer over to the next month
