My body fat percentage.

I have not been a decent weight for a decade, and in the tinder generation- I have basically been overweight the whole time

For a guy with a smallish frame, only a BMI of 23 or below is acceptable.

I had a bmi of 23.9 for maybe a month total in the past 7 years- and lo and behold, I didn't look, feel or get treated like a subhuman during that time.

Average bmi in tinder age so far:

2013: 29
2014: 28
2015: 28
2016: 29.7
2017: 28.7
2018: 25
2019: 24.75

Current BMI: 24.5

Utterly unacceptable.

I need to change for good. 23 BMI or less needs to be the norm for me from now
