Thread ost (an absolute classic):

Not just exercising and sprinting or fighting.
I can for example sprint at 25 km/h but if my max is 32 km/h it won’t do shit. It’s the effort,
Forcing yourself to do go at your maximum,
activating that killer instinct, that second wave, that backup energy that drive that you live for. Same thing with exercise, it’s the intensity which will give you mass, strength AND facial gains in your teenage years.
Fighting same thing, no soft shit.
Yesterday I had the beating of my life by an old black belt. I was used to sparring softer with my friends but I got set up with this guy and I’ll tell you I learned a nice life lesson and had a great experience.
Cobra Kai is bs but its lesson isn’t.
Strike first, strike hard, no mercy.
This is water but alright.

Here a nice clip:

Just have a hard life theory, works really well, all the ufc fighters had abusive parents and a hard childhood+ traumas from the past increase testosterone

The fighting itself increases it most.
It’s the most humane and primitive thing, fighting. Humans have always fought.
Fighting does nothing for dimorphism
Imagine a kid doing it from 6-18 and one not doing it. I beg to differ. Not a single guy at my club who is boneless. Either they’re also above 180 or they’re very strong.

Yeah if you start as a kid then it's fine. But if you're starting at age 16+ it won't do much. & most fighters at my gym were average looking, just with shorter hair and beards.

Gym deters vertical growth.
Starting at 16+ if you T max in general it will work. The earlier the better though.

2.5 hears atm. Most it did was leanmax me and if I did get any bone growth it was from aging from 15-18
