My traps are ridiculously big and I don’t even train them directly. They just blow the fuck up when I’m hitting ANY pull movements. Personally, I love the look of big traps. Makes me look huge even wearing XXL t-shirts. I am 6’5” though so I’m basically ogre maxxed.
