On a serious note OP, do you eat meat? How is your bloodwork? I wanna be sure a plant based diet isn't great for longevity.

I eat a meat based diet. 8-15% Carbs (potato, bread and pasta). I have never eaten anything green. My LDL is only this low because I take a low dose Statin and low dose Ezetimbe (I am a lean mass hyper responder). I have genetically high Lp (a)

your T injections have got to be causing some damage though, and it's probably not going to show up in those labs
i think there was a study showing that exogenous T shortens lifespan
