Glucosamine atleast 1500mg daily(increase the cushion better IV disc)
stronger muscular core and lower back(preventing spinal compression)

And ofc insole height booster

much appreciated sir, i will try. Do you use glucosamine sulphate? and for training lower back do you use the back extension thing
