Hill sprints
3 sets of 3 reps explosive push ups and pull ups followed by 3 sets of max reps in 30 seconds and end the workout with a negative rep until you can hold it anymore
Hill sprints on another day 3 sprints of 5 seconds followed by 3 sprints of 15 seconds
Rest 3-5minutes between sets to make sure you give 100% each set
