Pull ups
Push ups
Hill sprints

3 sets of 3 reps explosive push ups and pull ups followed by 3 sets of max reps in 30 seconds and end the workout with a negative rep until you can hold it anymore

Hill sprints on another day 3 sprints of 5 seconds followed by 3 sprints of 15 seconds

Rest 3-5minutes between sets to make sure you give 100% each set

Pretty much. If you go to the gym more than 3 times a week you're a loser if you ask me. A sheep. Look at them all. The stupid masses. I'll never go to the gym.
 
Klinescels have to cope with 20kg compound movements.

i totally agree doing gymmaxxing like a gay mf and becoming a human hulk or just pressing 300 kgs is hell bad for the body

this is exactly what I do 3 times per week. Only added a bit of cardio and 1 ab exercise.

I plan to lift weights until I'm 80-85kg then just do calisthenics, fighting and I might add in swimming for extra resistance
