i dunno if UV in neterlands is worse than other places.

i do advice wearing sunscreen protection, and/or a hat/cap. when in the sun. For anti-aging purposes. aka, long term.

I hate most sunscreen are oily as fuck.

Eucerin oil control sun screen protection, is the first one I found that isn't shinny as fuck. so I would recommened if you hate using sunscree, because you look like a shinning bowling ball
