Your height, your shoulder width, and whether or not you have abs is the 3 major things women look at when staring at a male body. Everything else (biceps, legs) should be well taken care of and have an ok amount of muscle but are not that important.

Height: LL is one of the most painful, expensive, and riskiest surgeries, but it is probably one of the most beneficial. Going from 5'9 to potentially like 6'0 is life changing. But there are other methods for getting taller.

Shoulder width: Unless you have naturally broad shoulders, clavicle lengthening surgery may be the only option here, as well as working out alot and gaining muscle in that area.

Abs: No other choice but to work out alot and eat clean. Since abs are not visible in everyday life just post a shirtless pic on your instagram and girls will see your results there.

Abs don't matter much tbh. They aren't visible 90% of the time. Here are the 6 aesthetic muscles:

1. Neck
2. Upper Chest
3. Lateral Deltoid
4. Lats
5. Triceps
6. Forearms

Focus on these 6, and train everything else too but not as much, and you'll be yoked. These are the most visible in clothes and will contribute the most to looking strong and aesthetic.

Spot on. Every male model, superhero etc had these areas super well developed and hence looks dominating. Tbh I'd probably swap out upper traps with chest.

In a shirt arms and forearms are very very important, especialy if you have veins. Nearly every girl stares at my arms on dates. If you are shirtless, the focus changes, thats true.

fr. veiny forearms are more visible and abs will usually come super ez if you're low bf%
