Ramirez appeal is mostly due to his cheekbones, his wide jaw and eye area, and it is very hard to get surgery to look exactly like that.
Surgery on jaw is not hard, but Ive never seen good surgery results on cheekbones or eye area aside from 1 or 2 implants
