the only machismo way to use stimulants is to only use them when you're doing a task that uses your brain ; if you pop them while scrolling tiktok or rotting on this forum you are giving yourself brain damage I don't know the scientific explanation but you know it's true you can feel it, the stimulant whether it's nicotine or amphetamines tries to accelerate brain activity but when there is no stimulus there's nothing to accelerate so it destroys your receptors
