Before my leanmaxxing I must have appeared as a framemogger with large shoulders

But now my family said on at least a couple of occasions that "my shoulders shrunk"

When you get lean the shoulder bulges out and your waist gets smaller

I usually wear baggy clothes, so I look larger while hiding my physique simultaneously (and stay comfortable)
