Ls for more tight XL for normal size and they are tight in my delts traps and arms but loose in the abdomen and that looks ok

What is your chest and shoulder circumference? Mine was (havent measured in a while) 114 and 135cm. I'm wearing L usually, sometimes XL but they're too loose.

What pants are you wearing? I have never found anything that is big enough for my quads but small enough for my hips except for sweatpants

Don't wear skinny jeans/pants, go for something more relaxed or even baggy. Don't wear shirts that are too baggy but not too small either. Af1s give slight height boost but are too basic, especially if you're dressing like every other tech fleece normie. If u wanna wear more formal stuff, get some boots. Doc Martens are Ok, but Saint Laurent Wyatt boots are where it's at. Don't wear Nike or adidas tees you'll look like a prepubescent retard.

Pants - Carhartt, Dickies, True Religion Jeans, Acne Studios pants are great too
Shirts - Anything sensible tbh, you can even go to a thrift store and find some gems.
Jackets - North face is ok but overplayed, fluffy patagonia jackets and carhartt jackets are great.
Shoes - Nike dunks, Chuck Taylor All Stars, Alyx Boots
