Bodybuilding is a way to cope with shitty genetics, your goal should be to aim for the untrained chad look.

1. Neck - a thick neck is a chad feature

2. Side deltoids - for a wider frame

3. Abs - chads naturally have abs at low bf even without working out

4. Forearms - to balance out your arm width + actual useful muscle to have

All other muscles should be trained max once every two weeks if anything.

Train your neck until it reaches the width of your jaw, train abs as much as you want, then train forearms and side deltoids moderately to avoid ruining proportions
