I dont have to train more than 1x a week and I can starve on leanmaxxing and still gain strength on ohp its easy for me

i dont bench it can cause shoulder pain i just do ohp i did 95kg ohp at 197cm 93kg right now if i bulked to 110kg i can probably get 150kg ohp
