There is sexism, which is a form of discrimination based on one's gender. And has also been outlawed in most 1st worlds

Then there is looksim, which is a form of discrimination based on one's physical appearance. But this has not been outlawed.

Why is that? Looksim is the most significant form of discrimination in our list of isms
